✧ Yoga Nidra

+ Sound Healing ✧

On July 25, we enter a rare pause in time — a sacred in-between known as the Day Out of Time in the Mayan calendar. This is a portal of forgiveness, reflection, and renewal — a day outside the ordinary, inviting us to rest deeply and reconnect with the eternal rhythm of the soul.

Join us for an evening of guided Yoga Nidra and restorative sound healing to honor this cosmic threshold. Let your body melt into stillness as you’re guided through a journey of deep inner awareness. Surrounded by healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and intuitive sound, you’ll be supported in releasing what no longer serves and gently planting intentions for the new cycle ahead.

Held just after the New Moon, this practice is a powerful opportunity to reset your nervous system, expand your consciousness, and awaken your inner clarity.

It's offered me a community of people on their journey to heal while learning and unlearning.  I hope to guide you in a creative, nurturing, and nourishing way. To offer you a space to find your breath, through movement and grounding.  I love when we can be present with what's there, but remember our light and find laughter.
